Spring planting campaign – MRS Residence GARDENS
We have launched the seasonal planting campaign carried out consistently in MRS Residence projects, with the aim of actively contributing to the creation of sustainable and ecologically balanced communities.
At this stage, approximately 180 Paulownia trees have been planted as part of the MRS Residence GARDENS project. The choice of this species is not accidental—Paulownia trees offer multiple benefits:
- contribute to soil stabilization through their deep root system;
- absorb carbon dioxide, dust, and noise up to 4 times more efficiently than regular trees;
- releases a significantly greater amount of oxygen;
- have a natural mosquito repellent effect.
MRS Residence GARDENS is shaping up to be not only a modern residential complex, but also a future green lung for the city—a project in which sustainability is an integral part of the development vision.
