Maristar COM S.R.L., with its registered office at Aleea Terra, no. 8, building C7, Titu – Dâmbovița County, with its mailing address at 5 Șușita Street, 1st floor, Sector 1 – Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under no. J15/1330/2007, unique registration code RO22579117 (“the Company”) is the owner and operator of the website www.mrsresidence.ro (“the Website”).

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are governed by Romanian law. The website can be accessed from anywhere within Romania, but also from outside this territory (i.e., from other countries), to the extent that technical conditions allow. The Company does not guarantee in any way the compatibility of the content of the Website and/or the Terms and Conditions with the applicable legislation in the country from which the user accesses the Website (including with regard to provisions relating to intellectual property rights).

The Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Site. Interaction with the Site constitutes reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety by any user.
