We are starting Phase 2 of the MRS Residence COUNTRY project – Păulești

The MRS Residence COUNTRY project in Păulești is entering its second stage of development. We are continuing construction with a new batch of single-story + one-story houses designed for families seeking comfort, functionality, and a balanced lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The homes have a usable area of 100 square meters and include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, and an open-plan kitchen. Each unit is located on a 357-square-meter plot (footprint included), offering private space and optimal conditions for modern and sustainable living.
