MRS Residence COUNTRY – phase 1 is a residential project developed in Paulesti, just 5 minutes away from the city of Ploiesti, with easy access from DN1.
The residential complex covers an area of 120,000 square meters and includes SINGLE and DUPLEX houses and low-rise apartment buildings, which stand out for their style and perfect harmony with nature. The project is based on a mix of relaxation and comfort, complemented by spacious parks equipped with a children's playground, fitness equipment, a tennis court, green areas, and a commercial store.
In the first phase of the project, we delivered 74 houses, 27 apartments, and commercial spaces, and with them, a united community was born, made up of people who share the same values.
