The MRS Residence GARDENS Project represents our company's biggest challenge to date in the civil construction segment, where the primary focus is on the quality of life of future residents through green spaces, promenades, playgrounds for children, and a spectacular river. All this so that every moment spent in the complex can be enjoyed to the fullest. The garden will be a living organism, full of life and in constant motion. It will help us spend quality, harmonious, and healthy time toghether within the complex.
In northern Ploiești, on Alba Iulia Street, as a continuation of the residential development called MRS Residence SMART, we are building an exceptional project in the field of residential construction in Romania, MRS RESIDENCE GARDENS, a true botanical garden.
We look to the best practices in the Nordic countries and try to bring the concept of wellbeing into residential developments in Romania more and more.
The new neighborhood will be built on a 64,800 square meter plot and will be served by an underground network of streets. The solution used will transform the perimeter of the neighborhood into a huge botanical garden. Thus, approximately 50,000 square meters, or 85% of the project's land area, will be used for the construction of apartment buildings, pedestrian walkways, and lush green spaces, making the future neighborhood a unique green lung in Ploiești.
Through the landscaping project developed by SF Landscape Architecture, we propose a new standard in terms of quality of life and sustainability in a city facing a shortage of green spaces. We want to provide residents with a recreational setting where they can enjoy nature, while also contributing to the protection of the environment.
