MRS Residence Oasis is an innovative architectural project that emphasizes sustainability, created from the desire to offer a more friendly urban environment, an oasis of greenery, tranquility, and living in harmony with nature. The project is taking shape on Republicii Boulevard in Ploiești, in the form of a premium residential complex consisting of three staircases, with 160 apartments, a café, and a gym, all integrated into a fluid and modern architectural concept.

Inspired by Tenerife's spectacular natural landscapes, urban areas with wide promenades, buildings with large windows, and lush vegetation, the Oasis concept was chosen in 2022 to reflect the desire to create an urban space that combines nature, comfort, and elegance in perfect harmony.
The project beneficiaries were inspired by the organic aesthetics of the metropolis of Dubai, renowned for its fluid, dynamic, and innovative buildings. Sharing the same vision, the complex, which at the time had straight volumes and regular shapes, entered a phase of redesign and remodeling. Thus, curved shapes, fluid lines, and harmonious integration with the green landscape became defining elements of this complex.
The homes are efficiently and diversely compartmentalized, so that customers can identify at least one option to their liking. The residential complex has studios, 2-room, 3-room, and 5-room apartments, separate rooms, open space, as well as closed kitchens.
